TRAINING THAT MADE THEM SUCCEED

Joseph position as the senior administrator in Egypt was not just an elevation to affluence but a demand to build and improve self capacity.

He learnt everything about his role and task from preservation to storage, finances, transportation, negotiation, payroll, human resources, foreign exchange, down to economic strategizing.

Majority still thinks it’s all about school certificates. And funny enough, African universities and polythenics focus on teaching students how to pass their exams, rather than what education is.

If you do not learn the true meaning of education by yourself, there’s a good chance you might never know it because no one teaches that in school. Educate yourself to always think big and creative. The best minds are not those with the A’s.

Among other things, your job is to help you build capacity to the level that you will not need the job as much as the job needs you.

Jobs never made anyone wealthy yet as business and innovation does. This is because the moment that job stops, it only becomes a matter of time before you return to penury.

If you want to really break out of poverty, be intentional about it. Read books, open your mind, and get rid of those traditional mental blockages that you grew up with.
