I believe any proposed solution(s) to the matter of how to handle ones faith, hope and expectations while awaiting ones miracle is easier said than practise. The solution may be simple yet difficult to accept by different personality, because human being will always have issue with ‘time factor’ while awaiting answer to his/her request. However one need to always remember God is not time bound, and He is never late with what He does or will do.
I believe HAVING THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD AND OF HIS ABILITY goes a long way in helping individual to handle his/her faith, hope and expectations.
The individual needs to consciencely guard against idleness, anything that reminds him or her of what he/she lacks, and also to be intentional in listening to testimonies of God’s Wonders and His Words. Faith is only built by the revelation of the Word of God an individual has. Also regular examinations of the Wonders of God, those in the Bible and those in our present times: hearing or reading the testimonies of what God did for others going through similar or worse challenge will help individual handle his/her hope. Everyone tend to think his/her trial is worse than anyone’s. When you hear of others’ you will thank God for yours.
Having said all these, I will also say this challenge is still an individual’s ‘battlefield of the mind’ to conquer. The individual’s conviction, dodgedness, and determination to overcome, plays a major role in building faith, staying hopeful and expectant.

Perhaps if we all can sincerely answer the question below, our resolute to stay Hopeful and never to lose Faith may be strengthened.

Finally let me remind whoever might be going through this challenge, and everyone of this scripture that says:
“For ye have need of PATIENCE, that, after ye have done the will of God(CEASELESS PRAYER, THANKSGIVING AND REJOICING IN THE LORD) ye might receive the promise” Hebrews 10:36 KJV. (Emphasis mine).

Practical steps on How to handle my Faith, Hope and Expectations while waiting on God.

    1 Thessalonians 5:16-24.

*Rejoice evermore; Rejoice that you are saved, rejoice that God is your redeemer, rejoice because God has the final say and He is still on the throne.

*Keep praying; are you tired of speaking, write down your prayers, present it to God as your supplication. Phil 4:16, Dan 9:18.( I did this and God answered, Hallelujah)

    * Give thanks in everything. Speak out the good things the Lord has done in the past for you or others that you know.

Thank Him for life; it’s because you have life that there is still hope, faith and expectation.

Thank God for the miracles and answers to your prayers, though you haven’t received them physically.

*Envision how joyful you ll be when the wait is over, rehearse how you ll testify to the goodness of God. Create a picture in your mind of how you ll feel when you finally receive your miracle. Think about this more than your problems.

    * Speak out; when you losing hope, speak out, when it’s 4seems you losing your grip on God’s word; speak out. Speak to a trusted godly person, your spouse, your pastor. Their words of encouragement, personal testimonies will stir up faith in you.

    * Don not forsake the gathering of brethren. Coperate prayers help. Listening to the word of God been preach again helps. Visit to christian site( heinsight), to read the expounded word of God save us from making wrong decision.

    God bless you!
